6 East Smokehouse & Coffee is a new restaurant now open in historic downtown Springfield, Minnesota.
Our mission is to provide our guests with a unique dining experience, featuring delicious coffee, lotus drinks, pastries, and as we expand our hours our smoked meats and other flavorful dishes. We are currently working diligently behind-the-scenes to source the finest ingredients, perfect our recipes, finalize menu options, and complete renovations on our building while respecting the history of 6 East Central Street.
6 East Smokehouse & Coffee is located in the heart of downtown Springfield in a beautifully renovated building with a unqiue history of its own (more on that to come!). Prior to even beginning our restaurant plans, 6 East very quickly built a reputation as one of the best caterers in the area for unique meals not found anywhere else. Smoked pulled pork, chicken wings, and mac-n-cheese are just a handful of our signature items highly requested for special events.
The Smokehouse
6 East Smokehouse will feature lunch and dinner menus with a wide range of fan-favorites, from classic dishes like brisket and ribs to unique creations like smoked mac-n-cheese and perfectly crafted cocktails to pair your meal with. We will also offer a variety of sides, salads, and desserts to complement our main dishes.
The Coffee Shop
In addition to our smokehouse menu, 6 East also will also include a coffee shop and breakfast options for those looking for a morning pick-me-up or a delicious Sunday Brunch. Whether you're looking for a quick caffeine fix or a relaxing place to catch up with friends, 6 East Coffee will be your new favorite meeting spot.
Now Open with Limited Hours!
6 East is open Monday–Friday from 6:30am-1:30pm, serving breakfast until 11am before switching over to lunch for the remainder of our open hours. We are also open for dinner on Friday evenings from 5:00pm-8:30pm and breakfast on Saturdays from 8:00am-12:00pm.
